Question: I really want this pink diamond engagement ring but i'm not sure if it is the real thing?

It is beautiful but i'm not sure if it is a real diamond. The website says it is and the website also has other expensive jewelry, so i'm thinking that it is real. If you check out the website it is about the 5th row down. You will see it because it is the only one with a pink diamond. Please let me know what you think. ps) I don't care how expensive it is, I just want it to be real and beautiful. I love my boyfriend so much and it's not so much the cost I care about, but the meaning and the authenticity.

Hi I looked on the site, and actually the ring has 28 little diamonds around the edges, but the pink stone isn't a diamond. It's tourmaline, which is a semi-precious stone that comes in a variety of colors. Tourmaline doesn't seem to be very expensive, so that part of the ring seems right. All together, the combined weight of the 28 diamonds is .31 or a carat, so their individual weight is too small to check on a diamond search engine site (like diamondpriceguru.com/ or similar sites). If they have a phone number I would call them and see if they are a certified diamond store. If the diamonds do not come with a certificate then I would not trust them.
